"An Awareness Program on Nepal Standards on Auditing   (NSA), NSA for LCE and Taxation" was organized jointly by the Internal Revenue Department (IRD) and the Auditing Standards Board (AuSB) on April 18–19, 2026 (2083 Baisakh 04–05), at Hotel Majestic Lakefront, Pokhara, Kaski, Nepal. The program was inaugurated in the presence of Mr. Kshetra Gopal Pradhan, Member of the Auditing Standards Board; Mr. Shresh Mani Dahal, Board Member; Mr. Shobha Gautam, General Secretary of the Pokhara Chamber of Commerce and Industry; and Mr. Guna Nidhi Pandey, District President of AUDAN Kaski District. During the program, Mr. Kshetra Gopal Pradhan, Member of the Auditing Standards Board, delivered a keynote address highlighting the importance of the program. Three resource persons conducted presentations across 8 sessions, providing awareness to the participants. The program was attended by 4 CA members, 32 RA members, 6 representatives from various Internal Revenue Offices, and 1 accounting professional, totaling 43 participants. which was managed by Mr. Nabin Devkota, Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Manoj Bhattarai, Administrative Officer, of the Auditing Standards Board.

The program featured three resource persons, comprising professional auditing and tax experts. The following experts served as resource persons for the program:
